Skill&Will, a US company with its European headquarters in Brussels, seeks a Purchase to Pay & PO Manager for a finance-focused leadership role. You will oversee accounting controls, ensure accurate PO processing, and partner with Accounting for reliable financial reporting.

The position emphasizes governance, vendor data integrity, and cross-functional collaboration within an international Finance Ops team. Hybrid work is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in accounting, finance, economics, or equivalent experience.
• Several years experience in accounting/controlling.
• 3+ years in financial management/leadership; experience with system-driven procurement processes.
• Fluent in English and Dutch or French.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Finance Operations professionals.
• Ensure the accurate and timely processing of purchase orders.
• Maintain the quality and integrity of vendor master data while ensuring compliance with financial controls.
• Partner closely with Accounting to support accurate financial reporting, month-end close and reconciliation activities.
• Collaborate with Finance and cross-functional teams to deliver efficient, compliant and high-quality operations.
• Support ERP enhancements, finance transformation initiatives and business integration projects.
• Drive continuous improvement of Purchase-to-Pay processes, financial controls and operational efficiency.
• Act as the key contact for Finance Operations, providing expert support to internal stakeholders.

For a leading US company with its European headquarters in Brussels, we are looking for a Purchase to Pay & PO Manager. You will report to the Finance Manager.

This is not a procurement role. Instead, it is a finance-focused position where accounting knowledge, financial controls and process governance are essential.

Your responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Finance Operations professionals.
• Ensure the accurate and timely processing of purchase orders.
• Maintain the quality and integrity of vendor master data while ensuring compliance with financial controls.
• Partner closely with Accounting to support accurate financial reporting, month-end close and reconciliation activities.
• Collaborate with Finance and cross-functional teams to deliver efficient, compliant and high-quality operations.
