Scale in Belgium is seeking a first-year trainee for 2027 in Public Procurement Law, based in Antwerp with Brussels as a main base. You will contribute to legal assistance, supported by a team of over 80 lawyers, in a boutique-style, full-service environment with flexible, solution-oriented practice.

The program emphasizes in-house training, coaching, seminars and courses to support your professional development, with an attractive remuneration package aligned to a trainee role.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Belgian Law.
• Excellent command of Dutch; good command of French and English (spoken and written).
• Strong legal insight and problem-solving skills evidenced by academic results.
• Strong interest in public procurement law and eagerness to develop expertise in this field.
• Analytical abilities, assertive teamwork, and ability to work independently.
