Sie arbeiten eng mit Vertrieb, Engineering, Einkauf, Produktion, Qualität, Logistik und dem Aftersales zusammen, planen Standort- und Montagearbeiten, sichern HSE-Compliance und berichten regelmäßig über

Qualifications

• Ingenieurabschluss (Elektro/Elektromechanik).
• Ausgeprägte zwischenmenschliche und organisatorische Fähigkeiten.
• Gute Multitasking- und Zeitmanagement-Fähigkeiten.
• Reisebereitschaft.

Responsibilities

• Projekt pünktlich und im Budget abschließen.
• Projektdefinition mit Vertrieb, Tochtergesellschaften und Kunden/ Auftragnehmer abstimmen.
• Termingerechte Umsetzung von Design-Entwürfen sicherstellen.
• Koordination mit Engineering, Einkauf, Produktion, Qualität, Logistik, Finanzen.
• Standort-bezogene Aktivitäten planen und in die Projektplanung integrieren.
• Standortbereitschaft vor Lieferung und Montage sicherstellen.
• Überwachung des lokalen Contractors während Installation.
• HSE-Compliance sicherstellen und lokale Vorschriften beachten.
• Rechnungsstellung und Vertragsunterlagen fristgerecht erledigen.

For our office in Grace-Hollogne (Liège), Belgium, we are looking for a:

Project Manager (Fulltime)

The Project Manager manages the project from receipt of the order from the customer, through technical definition and design to installation and commissioning on site, and is ultimately functionally responsible for the delivery of the projects, in time, on budget and within technical specifications and quality standards. He is responsible to ensure an efficient hand-over of the commissioned project to the Customer and the Aftersales Department.

Key Tasks

• Ensure that the project is completed on time and within the budget ;


• Ensure correct definition of the project (technical and budget) with Sales team, Worldwilde Subsidaries and/or Customer/Contractor;


• Responsible for the timely and accurate execution of a project design ;


• Responsible for the coordination with all involved departments (Engineering, Purchasing, Production, Quality, Logistics, Financial) to ensure the project is completed on time (respecting the different milestones) and within the budget. This includes also to organise the FAT with the customer and/or their representative;


• Participate to the planning of the site-related projects activities and integration into the project planning;


• Ensuring site readiness prior delivery and installation;


• Coordination with the local supply chain lead in the region;


• Supervision/local assistance to the main contractor during the electrical and mechanical installation of our mtu Kinetic PowerPack systems; Responsible for maintaining the quality control procedures on site;


• Responsible for the execution and implementation of HSE (health and safety) compliance and local HSE regulations.


• Ensure site readiness prior to commissioning and closing all snag list after commissioning;


• Preparing reports, identifying technical issues and proposing solutions or risk mitigation;


• Ensure the correct invoicing and/or any relevant documents in appropriate timing, in respecting the terms and conditions of the contract
