CTRL-F NV zoekt een ervaren Project Manager die de volledige verantwoordelijkheid draagt voor de succesvolle levering van diverse technische projecten, van opstart tot overdracht en evaluatie. Je analyseert klantbehoeften en vertaalt deze naar een operationeel en technisch plan terwijl je de KPI's voor brutomarge, winstgevendheid, planning en contractvoorwaarden bewaakt.

• Als Project Manager draag je de eindverantwoordelijkheid voor de succesvolle levering van diverse technische projecten van start tot oplevering en evaluatie.

Responsibilities

• As a Project Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the successful delivery of various technical projects, coordinating the entire process from the initial start-up through to final handover and evaluation.
• You analyse the client’s specific needs and translate these into a comprehensive operational and technical plan while maintaining a sharp focus on the commercial aspect: you constantly monitor the set KPIs relating to gross margin, profitability, scheduling and the contractual terms of the projects.
• During the execution of projects, you will assemble a high-performing team based on the technical specifications, comprising both internal and external stakeholders such as operators, subcontractors and colleagues from the warehouse and workshop.
• You act as the driving and motivating force on the shop floor, strictly monitoring safety (in accordance with VCA standards), quality and efficiency, and proactively making adjustments where necessary.
• As the central and reliable point of contact for the client, you build a long-term relationship, quickly identify new commercial opportunities and generate additional turnover.
• Following handover, you ensure the project is properly closed and evaluated.
• You continuously strive to optimise operational processes and systems.
