Darwind is seeking a Scrum Master with PM instincts to keep IT teams focused and stakeholders aligned as priorities shift. You will anchor one or more teams, ensuring smooth Agile delivery and clear visibility of progress.

You will work in a hybrid setup, coaching teams, removing blockers and balancing timelines with dependencies. Dutch fluency is required; French is a plus. Join a culture that values autonomy and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree required.
• 3+ years as Scrum Master, Project Manager, or similar Agile delivery role in IT.
• Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe; comfortable with traditional PM when needed.
• Certification such as PSM, CSM or PMP is a nice bonus, not a dealbreaker.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence and MS Project.
• Clear communication, facilitation skills and stakeholder management.
• Fluent in Dutch; French is a plus.

Every IT project runs on two things, a solid plan and a team that actually wants to deliver it. We're looking for someone who can hold both together, a Scrum Master with the instincts of a Project Manager, comfortable keeping teams focused and stakeholders aligned even when priorities shift.

What you will do

Who you are

• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree
• You've spent 3 or more years as a Scrum Master, Project Manager or in a comparable Agile delivery role in IT
• You know your way around Scrum, Kanban and SAFe, and you're just as comfortable with traditional project management when the situation calls for it
• A certification like PSM, CSM or PMP is a nice bonus, not a dealbreaker
• Tools like Jira, Confluence or MS Project feel like home
• You communicate with clarity, facilitate with ease and manage stakeholders without losing your patience
• You're pragmatic and solution focused, equally at ease with business and technical people
