CTRL-F NV is seeking a Hydraulic Engineering Project Manager to coordinate hydraulic engineering projects from start to finish. You will blend technical precision with pragmatic decision-making, contribute to environmental-impact projects, and thrive in a learning-focused, collaborative environment.

You will manage planning, budget monitoring, and progress reporting, liaise with site managers, clients, and suppliers, and support quotations and tenders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical field such as civil engineering or an equivalent.
• 0-3 years of relevant experience in project coordination, site supervision, waterworks, infrastructure, or similar.
• Strong interest in planning, organization, budgeting, and technical execution.
• Strong communication with colleagues, clients and field teams.
• Structured, accurate, and responsible.
• Flexible, able to handle changing priorities and unexpected situations.
• Proactive, solution-oriented.
• Good knowledge of Dutch; knowledge of French is a plus.
• Comfortable in a role with both operational and coordination tasks.

We are seeking a Hydraulic Engineering Project Manager for a leading international group specialising in technical project support and specialist implementation contracts. In this role, you will take charge of coordinating hydraulic engineering projects from start to finish, combining technical precision with a pragmatic approach. You will contribute to projects that have a visible impact on the environment, within a stable and people-focused organisation where learning, innovation and teamwork are central.

You will be the point of contact for planning, progress and quality, and you will ensure that projects are carried out efficiently and safely. In doing so, you will liaise seamlessly between the site, administration, clients and internal teams. Voor deze functie zoeken we een gedreven kandidaat met een sterke interesse in waterbouw en projectcoördinatie. Je bent iemand die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt, gestructureerd werkt en energie haalt uit samenwerken met verschillende stakeholders. Idealiter heb je al een eerste ervaring opgedaan binnen een technische, bouwkundige of projectmatige omgeving, maar ook starters met de juiste basis en ambitie komen in aanmerking.

• Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische richting, bij voorkeur bouwkunde, civiele techniek of een gelijkwaardige opleiding.
• Je hebt 0 tot 3 jaar relevante ervaring, bijvoorbeeld in projectcoördinatie, werfopvolging, waterbouw, infrastructuur of een gelijkaardige omgeving.
• Je hebt een sterke interesse in planning, organisatie, budgetopvolging en technische uitvoering.
• Je communiceert vlot en professioneel met collega’s, klanten en uitvoerende teams.
• Je werkt gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid op.
• Je bent flexibel, stressbestendig en kan goed omgaan met wisselende prioriteiten en onverwachte situaties.
• Je hebt een proactieve houding en denkt oplossingsgericht.
• Je beschikt over een goede kennis van het Nederlands; kennis van Frans is een troef.
• Je voelt je comfortabel in een rol met zowel operationele als coördinerende taken.

Ervaring met projectsoftware, rapporteringstools of digitale toepassingen is mooi meegenomen. Belangrijker nog is dat je leergierig bent en klaar bent om je verder te ontwikkelen binnen een professionele en innovatieve context.
