Job summary

Madisonrecruitment is seeking a Project Leader civil infrastructure to drive renewal and expansion projects on terminals in the Stabroek region. You will ensure infrastructure aligns with operations, safety and budget while coordinating contractors and liaising with design teams.

You will oversee site activities, prepare works, lead meetings, and ensure timely completion with a practical, flexible approach in a dynamic harbour environment.

Qualifications

• Min. Bachelor and/or Master Bouwkunde or Civil engineering.
• Experience in a technical and/or harbour environment.
• Structured and precise work style with proactive communication.
• Ability to work under pressure with a practical, flexible approach.

Responsibilities

• Guard the technical condition of infrastructure and drive improvements.
• Lead projects from preparation to execution, delivery and aftercare.
• Represent the organization on site and coordinate multiple contractors with safety, planning, quality and budget in mind.
• Prepare works, organize site meetings and monitor resurfacing, foundations, quay walls and other infra works.
• Inspect damage using drone imagery and align priorities with the terminal.
• Collaborate with the design team for technical plans and GIS systems.
