Job summary

Select HR is seeking an enthusiastic Project Leader to help build quality projects in a growing, family-like organization. You will oversee a site in the Brussels region, lead internal staff and subcontractors, and prepare projects with site visits and measurements.

You will monitor planning, quality and safety, ensure smooth communication of progress, serve as the main point of contact for clients, and manage the administrative and financial follow-up of projects.

Qualifications

• Higher diploma in a construction-related field or equivalent experience.
• Motivated, eager to develop and learn.
• Structured, organized approach to work.
• Strong communication with colleagues and clients.
• Good MS Office knowledge; ERP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise a construction site in the Brussels region.
• Lead own staff and subcontractors.
• Prepare projects, perform measurements and site visits.
• Monitor schedule, quality, and safety on site.
• Ensure smooth communication of progress and organization of your projects.
• Act as the primary contact for the client.
• Handle the administrative and financial follow-up of projects.
