CTRL-F NV, located in Genk, is seeking a driven Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are organized and running smoothly, while closely working with clients and teams.

You will coordinate project activities, focus on safety, and build lasting relationships with clients. A background in construction is preferred but hands-on experience will also be considered valuable.

Qualifications

• Experience in the construction sector, with a focus on flat roofs.
• Hands-on experience is highly regarded.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects effectively.

Are you that driven Project Manager who ensures that construction projects in Genk get off to a flying start and are successfully completed? You’ll take responsibility for ensuring everything runs smoothly and work alongside our client to build breathtaking structures.

Responsibilities

• From the initial idea to the final touches: you organise and coordinate projects with a focus on quality, safety and efficiency.
• You’re the timekeeper who ensures deadlines are met and materials are ordered on time.
• With your enthusiastic approach, you motivate your own teams and collaborate with our partners and subcontractors.
• Safety is your top priority: you raise awareness amongst everyone on site, from in-house teams to external partners.
• As the point of contact for our client, you build strong, long-term relationships throughout the entire duration of the project.
• You keep site meetings lively and productive, ensuring that everyone – from foremen and subcontractors to architects, suppliers and our client – is on the same page.

Qualifications

• Je hebt een hart voor de bouwsector, vooral als het gaat om de technische kant van platte daken.
• Een bouwkundige opleiding is een pré, maar hands‑on ervaring telt zeker mee.
• Je bent een multitasker, die meerdere projecten soepel weet te coördineren.
