Job summary

Ctrl-F Nv zoekt een Project Engineer HVAC & Technische Installaties met een sterke analytische instelling. Je ontwikkelt en optimaliseert industriële installaties, combineert HVAC, infrastructuur en productieprocessen in geïntegreerde ontwerpen en ondersteunt sales en engineering bij complexe internationale projecten.

Je vertaalt klantbehoeften naar technische specificaties, berekent HVAC-systemen en bewaakt kosten, tijdlijnen en kwaliteit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor- of masterdiploma in elektromechanica, HVAC of gerelateerde richting.
• Ervaring in HVAC-engineering of multidisciplinaire installaties.
• Grondige kennis van HVAC-principes en berekeningen.
• Ervaring met klantgerichte conceptontwikkeling.

Responsibilities

• Ontwerpen en optimaliseren van industriële installaties en technische ruimten.
• Houd rekening met HVAC, hygiëne, veiligheid en energie-efficiëntie bij het ontwerp.
• Ondersteunen van pre-sales en tekenwerkers bij complexe projecten.
• Overleggen met interne en externe partners over technische keuzes en kostenefficiëntie.

As Project Engineer HVAC & Technical Installations, you are responsible for the technical development and optimisation of industrial installation concepts. You combine HVAC, technical infrastructure and production processes into one integrated design and support the engineering and sales departments on complex international projects.

• You develop technical concepts and determine the optimal layout of industrial installations, machinery, technical rooms and supporting infrastructure.
• You take HVAC, hygiene, safety, energy efficiency and operational processes into account during the design phase.
• You evaluate various technical solutions and advise on the best combination of performance, investment costs and operational costs.
• You verify HVAC calculations and dimensioning of climate installations and other technical provisions.
• You analyse building plans, technical drawings and client information to identify technical risks and points of attention.
• You support pre-sales engineers and technical draughtsmen in the development of complex client projects.
• You translate client needs into technical specifications, design conditions and feasible installation concepts.
• You provide technical input for quotations, budgets, specifications and commercial presentations.
• You explain technical design choices to internal colleagues, clients and external project partners.
• You ensure a correct handover of technical concepts to project execution and provide support on complex technical issues.
• You develop and optimise technical standards, calculation methods and design guidelines.
• You contribute to the further digitalisation and automation of engineering and design processes.
• You keep up with new developments in HVAC, automation, energy efficiency and sustainable technical installations.

Voor deze functie als Projectingenieur HVAC & Technische Installaties zoeken we een technisch sterk en analytisch profiel met ervaring in HVAC-engineering of multidisciplinaire technische installaties. Je kan complexe technische vraagstukken vertalen naar praktische oplossingen en communiceert vlot met verschillende betrokken partijen.

• Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in elektromechanica, HVAC, industriële wetenschappen, mechanica of een gelijkwaardige technische richting.
• Je hebt relevante ervaring binnen HVAC-engineering, industriële installaties, technische projectstudies of multidisciplinair ontwerp.
• Je beschikt over een grondige kennis van HVAC-principes en kan technische berekeningen uitvoeren of controleren.
• Je hebt ervaring met het ontwikkelen van technische concepten op basis van klantbehoeften en projectvereisten.
• Je kan bouwplannen, technische tekeningen en installatieschema's vlot lezen en interpreteren.
• Je hebt inzicht in technische gebouwinstallaties, utilities, klimaatregeling en industriële processen.
• Kennis van AutoCAD en/of Revit is een pluspunt.
• Ervaring met BIM, technische berekeningssoftware of ontwerpautomatisering is een bijkomende troef.
• Ervaring binnen voedingsindustrie, cleanrooms, procesindustrie of andere technisch complexe productieomgevingen is een meerwaarde.
• Je werkt analytisch, gestructureerd en oplossingsgericht.
• Je kan verschillende technische projecten gelijktijdig opvolgen en behoudt het overzicht.
• Je bent communicatief sterk en deelt graag jouw technische expertise met collega's.
• Een goede kennis van het Nederlands is een must. Daarnaast beschik je over een goede kennis van het Engels.
• Je bent zelfstandig, proactief en denkt graag mee over technische verbeteringen.
