Nikon Metrology based in Leuven, Belgium, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects and drive business transformation across Europe. You will ensure timely delivery, stakeholder alignment and governance while supporting system-wide process improvement and quality management initiatives.

In this role you will own the commercial Quality Management System, coordinate audits, and partner with quality experts to uphold standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent through experience.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
• Experience with ERP, CRM implementations is strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead cross-functional projects from initiation through implementation and stabilization.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines and success criteria.
• Establish appropriate project governance and reporting structures.
• Coordinate project activities across departments, regions and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks, issues and dependencies.
