Qvest Global in Belgium is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead global broadcast and media projects, coordinating with internal experts, consultants and system architects to deliver complex programs on time and on budget.

You will manage deadlines, milestones and budgets, supervise teams and external service providers, and communicate progress to customers while maintaining high professional standards in English and French. Regular on-site presence in Paris is required.

Qualifications

• Completed technical studies or comparable training.
• Knowledge in project management as well as demonstrable long-term experience with technology projects.
• Certifications in project management (GPM/IPMA, PMI, AXELOS) desired.
• Knowledge of PMBOK, ICB, PRINCE2 and ITIL.
• Knowledge of VOB is an advantage.
• High communicative competence, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Confident handling of project management software (e.g. MS Project) and Office applications.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
• Very good proficiency in English and French.

As Project Manager, you will manage global broadcast and media projects. Together with internal experts, consultants and system architects, you will take on the challenges of highly complex technical projects in which your management skills are particularly in demand. As an organizational talent and team player, you will also always keep track of deadlines, milestones and budgets and regularly coordinate with your team as well as with customers and external service providers. Regular on-site presence at our Paris office is required for this role.

Your Tasks
