Cartamundi is seeking a driven Technical Project Manager to lead complex technology, automation and production process projects in an international manufacturing network. You will drive CAPEX projects and ensure successful deployment across sites.

You will coordinate global cross-functional teams and act as the central SPOC between local plants and the Industrial Technology organization, ensuring safety, quality and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilités

• Fully lead and manage complex technological innovation and automation projects from A to Z, with end responsibility for scope, scheduling, budget and risk management.
• Direct and deliver industrial investment projects (CAPEX), including installation, commissioning and ramp-up of new machines, installations and processes at our sites.
• Coordinate international cross-functional teams (Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, IT) and external suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure global Industrial Technology standards and actively promote standardization and replication of innovative solutions across multiple sites.
• Serve as central Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between local plant teams and the Industrial Technology function, with clear management reporting to the VP Industrial Technology.
• Maintain strict compliance with safety, quality and regulatory standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, OEE, cost efficiency).

Je hoofdtaken zijn:

• Volledig leiden en beheren van complexe technologische innovatie- en automatisingsprojecten van A tot Z, met eindverantwoordelijkheid voor de scope, de planning, het budget en het risicobeheer.
• Aansturen en opleveren van industriële investeringsprojecten (CAPEX), inclusief de installatie, inbedrijfstelling (commissioning) en ramp-up van nieuwe machines, installaties en processen op onze locaties.
• Coördineren van internationale, cross-functionele teams (Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, IT) en externe leveranciers om een vlekkeloze projectuitvoering te garanderen.
• Borgen van de wereldwijde Industrial Technology-standaarden en het actief stimuleren van de standaardisatie en replicatie van innovatieve oplossingen over meerdere sites.
• Fungeren als centrale Single Point of Contact (SPOC) en de verbindende factor tussen de lokale fabrieksteams en de centrale Industrial Technology-functie (inclusief heldere rapportage aan het management en de VP Industrial Technology).
• Bewaken van de strikte naleving van alle veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en regelgevingsnormen en het actief bijdragen aan continue verbeterinitiatieven (zoals Lean, OEE-verhoging en kostenefficiëntie).
