Nextlink is seeking a Senior Project Manager – Electrical for our client based in Anderlecht, Belgium. You will lead electrical projects, manage planning, budgets, and team coordination while ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

The role is hybrid—about one day per week on site with remaining time remote, offering growth in a dynamic, energy‑efficient environment and opportunities across a growing group.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing electrical engineering projects.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Strong leadership and team motivation.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities.
• Excellent client communication and stakeholder management.
• Fluent in English; French or Dutch bilingual preferred.

• Solid experience managing electrical engineering projects — typically around 5 years, ideally in the tertiary sector, or equivalent hands‑on expertise.
• Technical Training – Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics, or an equivalent qualification.
• Natural Leadership – You know how to unite, guide, and motivate a team.
• Multi‑project Management – You are organised and know how to juggle multiple priorities.
• Communication Skills – You interact confidently with clients, teams, and partners.
• Bilingual French or Dutch and communicate well in English.
• Proficiency with Tools – You are comfortable using MS Project, Caneco, and Revit.
