• Ensure delivery within scope, budget, and timelines with focus on business value realization.
• Monitor KPIs and report progress to senior management.
• Build strong relationships with sponsors, leaders, and cross-functional teams.
• Prepare and lead steering committees and drive decision-making.
• Influence and align stakeholders to achieve objectives.
• Communicate with executives and C-level stakeholders effectively.
• Foster collaboration between business and technology teams to support transformation outcomes.
• Contribute to development and enhancement of PM standards, governance practices.

Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join its Transformation Office and lead strategic digital and business transformation initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to manage high-impact projects at the intersection of technology, customer experience, operational excellence, and organizational change.

More than a traditional project management position, this role requires a true project owner. The successful candidate will be expected to take accountability for decisions, drive alignment across stakeholders, challenge where necessary, and ensure projects deliver measurable business value from conception through implementation.

Project Leadership & Ownership

• Lead transformation projects from initial scoping and business case development through to successful delivery and adoption.
• Define project scope, requirements, objectives, budgets, timelines, and success criteria in collaboration with business stakeholders and Business Analysts.
• Take full ownership of project outcomes, making informed decisions and managing priorities, risks, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure delivery within scope, budget, and timelines while maintaining a strong focus on business value realization.
• Monitor project performance through KPIs and provide structured reporting to senior management.

Stakeholder Management & Governance

• Build strong relationships with sponsors, business leaders, and cross-functional teams.
• Prepare and lead steering committees, facilitating discussions and driving decision-making.
• Influence, challenge, and align stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executive and C-level management.
• Foster collaboration between business and technology teams to support successful transformation outcomes.

Continuous Improvement & Transformation Excellence

• Contribute to the development and enhancement of project management standards, methodologies, and governance practices.
• Share knowledge and best practices across the organization.
