Our client is seeking a Project Manager with experience in Building Automation, HVAC Controls, or M&E projects to lead projects from handover through to completion. You will manage technical, commercial, and operational delivery while collaborating with customers, suppliers, and engineering teams.

This role offers ownership of projects, opportunities for career development, and a permanent position within a growing business.

Qualifications

• Technical qualification in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Building Services.
• Experience managing technical/building services projects.
• Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) or HVAC is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Manage Building Automation and HVAC projects from start to finish.
• Plan and monitor project schedules.
• Prepare project documentation and technical information.
• Order materials and coordinate deliveries.
• Manage project costs and financial performance.
• Lead software and service engineers throughout project delivery.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Manage project changes and additional works.
• Ensure projects are delivered to high quality standards.
