CSC Self Storage Solutions groeit snel in Europa en zoekt een Projectmanager die het volledige projectleven van de installatie- en uitbreidingsprojecten aanstuurt. Je werkt vanuit de Belgische hoofdkantoor of volledig remote en coördineert site-beoordelingen, CAD-beoordelingen en de uiteindelijke oplevering.

Je beheert planningen, logistiek en middelen, bewaakt de health & safety-standaarden en fungeert als hoofdcontactpunt voor klanten en stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimaal 3–6 jaar ervaring in projectmanagement van installatiewerkzaamheden
• Sterke kennis van budgetmanagement en scope control
• Ervaring met subcontractor-ondernemingen en logistiek over grenzen heen is een plus
• Vloeiende Engelscommunicatie; extra Europese talen zijn een voordeel
• Bereid om 40–60% van het jaar te reizen door Europa
• Geldig paspoort en rijbewijs

Responsabilités

• Leid de complete projectlevenscyclus vanaf site-beoordelingen tot oplevering
• Stel gedetailleerde planningen op en coördineer materiaalleveringen en resources
• Beheer cross-border logistiek, freight, access en opslag
• Coach en superviseer subcontractor-teams op locatie met focus op veiligheid en kwaliteit
• Behartig budgetten, wijzigingsverzoeken en pragmatische oplossing bij technische issues

CSC Self Storage Solutions is entering an exciting phase of rapid growth, expanding across European markets and reshaping how self-storage facilities are designed, built, and delivered. As a Project Manager, you'll be empowered to take initiative and bring your ideas to the table, playing a pivotal role in this growth story. Operating primarily from our European headquarters in Belgium or remotely, you'll drive the successful execution of self-storage installation projects across Europe, anticipating upcoming challenges and responsibilities as we continue to scale.

You will lead the entire project lifecycle from initial site assessments and CAD plan evaluations to the final handover. Your responsibilities include crafting detailed schedules, organizing material deliveries, and allocating resources efficiently. Managing logistics across borders will be key, including freight, site access, and storage management. On site, you will supervise and coordinate specialized subcontractor teams, ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations and project quality standards. You will also serve as the main contact for clients and stakeholders, overseeing budgets, handling variations, and resolving any on-site technical issues pragmatically to minimize delays.

Uw profiel

• A gross monthly salary between €7,500 and €10,000, based on a 40-hour work week, depending on experience and education.
• Minimum 3 to 6 years of experience in project management involving subcontractor oversight, site logistics, and installation within commercial or industrial contexts.
• Proficient in interpreting, marking up and illustrating architectural drawings, CAD Knowledge is beneficial but not essential..
• Strong knowledge of European health and safety standards relevant to construction sites.
• Commercially savvy with experience in budget management, scope control, and subcontractor negotiations.
• Fluent English communication skills; additional European languages such as French, German, Dutch, or Spanish are advantageous.
• Willing and able to travel extensively across Europe, up to 40–60% depending on project needs.
• Holder of a valid passport and a clean driving license.
