Uni Systems is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead BI and data project delivery in Brussels. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, manage scope, schedule, cost and quality, and maintain logs and governance papers.

Responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, planning, reporting to senior leadership, and ensuring smooth transition to operations. Strong English communication and PM certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Recent experience (at least 7 years) in Project management of Business Application and BI acquisition and/or development projects for a large organization.
• Significant experience in senior project management roles, preferably in defense, governmental, international organization or complex ICT/business applications environments.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects through the full project lifecycle.
• Experience leading business intelligence, analytics, reporting, data or Power BI related projects.
• Strong knowledge of scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, issue, dependency, resource, stakeholder and change management.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams, including business users, data owners, technical teams, developers, architects, service management, finance, acquisition and suppliers.
• Experience preparing project plans, schedules, milestone plans, risk and issue registers, action logs, decision logs, progress reports, governance papers and senior-level briefings.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior stakeholders, customers, technical teams and multinational user communities.
• Project management certification such as PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, MSP, Agile, Scrum, SAFe or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate assigned client's Power BI projects, work packages and delivery activities.
• Develop, maintain and control project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables and dependencies.
• Coordinate requirements, priorities and delivery activities with the institution's stakeholders and user communities.
• Monitor project performance against agreed scope, schedule, cost, quality and risk baselines.
• Maintain risk, issue, action, assumption, dependency and decision logs.
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, senior briefings, governance submissions and decision papers.
• Support financial planning, budget monitoring, forecasting and resource planning activities.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including business users, data owners, Power BI developers, architects, service management and supplier resources.
• Support prioritisation, planning and delivery of Power BI dashboards, reports, datasets and related BI capabilities.
• Identify delivery risks, issues and dependencies, propose mitigation actions and escalation where appropriate.
• Chair or support project meetings, working groups and stakeholder engagement sessions.
• Track actions and decisions and ensure timely follow-up by responsible parties.
• Support change control, acceptance planning, transition to operations and project closure activities.
• Ensure project documentation is accurate, current and maintained in accordance with applicable Agency practices.
• Ensure activities are aligned with applicable institution's governance, security and management requirements.
• Perform other project-related duties as may be required

What will you be bringing to the team?

• Lead and coordinate assigned client's Power BI projects, work packages and delivery activities

Requirements

What do you need to succeed in this position?

Desirable Requirements{{:}}

• Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, business intelligence delivery, data analytics, reporting platforms, data governance or data visualization.
• Experience using tools such as ServiceNow, SharePoint, Teams or Power BI.
• Knowledge of ITIL, service transition or service management principles
