Odoo in Belgium seeks an Experienced Project Manager to lead large customer implementations, coordinating Business Analysts and Developers for on-time and on-budget delivery. You will engage with clients during steering meetings, ensuring progress aligns with strategic priorities and all decisions are well documented.

The role starts in the Quick Start Team, learning Odoo practices, then moves to the MMC department to design and implement solutions for major customers.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years IT Project Management experience.
• Fluent in Dutch & English; French is a plus.
• Strong business knowledge & analytical skills.
• Fast learner; able to multitask and manage priorities.

• Monitor project progress to meet timelines, quality and budget; communicate status to stakeholders.

As an Experienced Project Manager, you will manage large customer's Odoo implementation projects. You'll be in direct contact with the clients to help them with the good use of Odoo Software (eCommerce, Manufacturing, Inventory, Project, Website...), helped by your team of Business Analysts and Developers.

Therefore, you will perform the necessary monitoring and follow up in order to get the project live on time and on budget.

You will start your Odoo journey in the Quick Start Team for few months by working on various SME's projects at the same time to learn the Odoo ways of working. Then, you'll progressively switch to the MMC department and work closely with Business Analysts in order to design and implement specific solutions for our bigger customers. As a Experienced Project Manager you will be involved in several implementations with a team of Business Analysts and Developers that you will have to coordinate.

As a representative of Odoo during Steering or Project Committee meetings, you will serve as the primary liaison between the client and Odoo teams. You will present project progress, align on strategic priorities, and ensure key decisions are documented and followed through. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of Odoo solutions are essential.

Responsibilities

• Project Management (80%)
• Design the implementation plan
• Organize, coach and guide your team of Business Analysts through the implementation of the agreed solutions (configuration & development)
• Monitor project progress, ensuring timelines, quality, and budget are met; communicate status and updates to stakeholders.
• Apply Odoo’s project governance and best practices to ensure high-quality outcomes
• Track and challenge budget estimates and actual
• Define workloads, manage backlogs, and prioritize tasks across project phases
• Identify risks and coordinate mitigation plans
• Keep clients informed through reports and steering committees
• Oversee the full project life cycle, from functional/technical design to deployment
• Internal improvement (20%)
• Provide feedback to the Product Owners
• Internal coaching & training
• Feedback for department improvement

Must Have

• 3 years to 7 years of experience in IT Project Management
• Fluent in Dutch & English French is a plus
• Strong Business knowledge & Analytical skills
• Fast learner, able to multitask and manage priorities effectively
• Good communication/negotiation skills
• Autonomous, assertive & proactive mindset
• Affinity with the IT world
• Valid work permit for Belgium
