SOLID TALENT in Belgium seeks an HVAC Engineering Project Specialist to guide projects from design to commissioning within a quality-driven environment.

Join a role focused on implementing and following up HVAC and clean utilities projects, with coordination of procurement, installation, start-up and validation of systems, and documentation to GMP, ISO and ICH standards.

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for full implementation and follow-up of HVAC and clean utilities projects.
• You provide conceptual, basic, and detailed engineering ensuring designs meet standards and project requirements.
• You coordinate procurement, installation, start-up and validation of equipment and piping systems.
• You prepare technical documentation, including P&IDs, functional specifications, and validation documents.
• You ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements such as GMP, ISO and ICH.
• You facilitate and support Quality Risk Assessments.
• You monitor projects from design to delivery and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• You ensure timely and quality execution of assigned tasks.

• Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de volledige implementatie en opvolging van HVAC- en clean utilities-projecten.
• Je verzorgt conceptuele, basis- en detailengineering en zorgt ervoor dat ontwerpen voldoen aan de geldende standaarden en projectvereisten.
• Je coördineert de aankoop, installatie, opstart en validatie van apparatuur en leidingsystemen.
• Je stelt technische documentatie op, waaronder P&ID's, functionele specificaties en validatiedocumenten.
• Je bewaakt de naleving van veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en regelgevingseisen zoals GMP, ISO en ICH.
• Je faciliteert en ondersteunt Quality Risk Assessments.
• Je volgt projecten op van ontwerp tot oplevering en werkt samen met verschillende interne en externe stakeholders.
• Je zorgt voor een tijdige en kwalitatieve uitvoering van de toegewezen werkzaamheden.
