Cable Lay Superintendent
You will work on board of one of our offshore vessels and be responsible for the loading, transporting and installation of subsea cables. You will lead a team on board and will coordinate all necessary works and stakeholders to make sure cable is laid in the most safe and optimal way. Together, we work on DEME’s vision of creating a sustainable future.
Category Buyer for DEME
You will work on a tactical level in procurement of services and goods within the assigned commodities in Facility, Communication and other indirect scopes. You will take the lead in managing a portfolio of categories, contracts, sourcings and suppliers, build up extensive market knowledge and work together with internal stakeholders to strive for best fit solutions. You will also support the Category Manager in defining and implementing the category sourcing strategy.
Project Manager Fleet Interventions
Responsible for the end-to-end execution of the scope of work for a vessel intervention period (maintenance, repair, mobilisation, conversion, installation of mission equipment, redelivery). This role ensures that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to stringent quality and safety standards, while also obtaining high vessel performance and reliability post-redelivery.
Group Controller – Consolidation & Reporting
Join our Finance Department to contribute to quarterly financial closings, statutory consolidation and management reporting. Help shape how financial insights are visualized and communicated to leadership and stakeholders, while continuously improving systems and procedures. Vessel Manager
You are responsible for the overall management and operational performance of one or more Dredging or Offshore vessels within DEME’s fleet. You will ensure profitability, efficiency, and strategic direction, and work closely with technical and operational teams to develop maintenance plans and achieve project goals. You will also oversee budget management, project coordination, and fleet support for technical interventions.
Equipment Engineer
As an Equipment Engineer, you assist internal departments at DEME Offshore with engineering support for project execution, new equipment development and improvements on existing equipment. You will collaborate with other engineers as well as tender, project and operational teams and prepare functional equipment designs and vessel deck layouts of equipment. You will interface with the detailed design teams for mission specific equipment on board our vessels. This position is based at our DEME Offshore Office in Breda, The Netherlands, with potential to work from other DEME offices or from home.
Payroll Officer
As a Payroll Officer, you’ll manage the full payroll process for our global workforce, from contract preparation to shadow payrolls and international tax declarations. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth and compliant payroll operations across multiple countries.
