SYNCTIV RECRUITMENT is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and coordinate complex software delivery programs. The role focuses on SAP implementation and interfacing, and the rollout of train planning software across multiple teams and stakeholders.

The candidate will manage dependencies, risks and cross-functional communication, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical delivery. Willingness to work abroad when required is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Program Manager.
• At least 5 years of experience with SAP implementation and interfacing.
• At least 8 years of proven experience with train planning software implementation.
• Experience managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders and teams.
• Professional proficiency in Dutch, French and English.
• Flexibility to work abroad when required.
