NTek Software Solutions is seeking a Program Manager – ERP Financier in Charleroi, hybrid, for an ASAP start with an extension option through 30/06/2029. The role leads the financial ERP program, aligning accounting, management control, and treasury with IT solutions while ensuring governance across all project phases.

Reporting to CFO and IT Director, you’ll coordinate finance, IT, and external partners. Ideal candidates hold a Bac+5 in finance or engineering with 15+ years managing IT programs

Qualifications

• Bac+5 degree in finance, business school or engineering with 15+ years in IT programs in finance.
• Proficiency in major ERP systems: SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics.
• Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills.
• Extensive experience in the public sector, especially in large cities.
• Deep knowledge of municipal accounting under Belgian law.

Responsabilités

• Lead ERP program from scoping to delivery, including budget and stakeholders.
• Coordinate finance, IT, integrators, and publishers; prioritize tasks.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations across the program.
• Ensure regulatory and financial standards compliance (IFRS, closing procedures).
• Support change management for finance users and management.

Role Description:

Program Manager – ERP Financier

The Financial ERP Program Manager leads the implementation, evolution, and governance of the ERP system within its financial dimension. They ensure alignment between business needs (accounting, management control, treasury), specifications, and deployed technical solutions, while guaranteeing program consistency across its various phases and entities. They report to project stakeholders: the Chief Financial Officer, the Director/General Inspector, and the IT Director.

Main responsibilities

• Manage the ERP program from start to finish: scoping, planning, budget monitoring, and reporting to stakeholders
• Coordinate project teams (finance, IT, integrators, publishers) and prioritize tasks.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations while ensuring program continuity
• Ensure that deliverables comply with regulatory requirements, specifications and financial standards (IFRS, closing procedures, consolidation)
• Support change management with finance users and management

Desired profile

• Bac+5 degree in finance, business school or engineering, with solid experience (15 years minimum) in managing IT programs in a financial environment.
• Proficiency in a major ERP system (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Excellent communication skills, organizational skills and natural leadership.
• Significant experience in the public sector, more specifically in a large city.
• In-depth and detailed knowledge of the accounting (expenses / revenues / budget) of a large city subject to municipal accounting under Belgian legislation.
