Job summary

Manpower Group zoekt voor een groeiend familiebedrijf in Zele een gemotiveerde productiearbeider om het team te versterken. Je werkt in een moderne, geautomatiseerde omgeving en krijgt volledige training bij het aanleren van de taken.

Je start vroeg tussen 3:30 en 6:30 uur of werkt in twee ploegen (3:30–13:30 / 13:30–22:30). Het tarief bedraagt €16,93 per uur en er is uitzicht op een vast contract na een interim-periode.

Qualifications

• Handen uit de mouwen en fysiek fit voor een productie-omgeving.
• Vloeiende beheersing van Nederlands of Engels en Roemeens.
• In staat om zelfstandig te werken of in teamverband.

Responsibilities

• Voeden en trimmen van vlees (geen meservaring vereist – volledige training).
• Helpen bij laden en lossen van vrachtwagens.
• Werken in verschillende afdelingen zoals productie, verpakking en verzending.

For a fast-growing, family-run company in Zele, we are looking for a motivated early bird to strengthen the production team.

Functieomschrijving:

Your Responsibilities

As a production worker, you play a key role in the production process. Your tasks include:

• Supplying and trimming meat (no knife experience required – full training provided!)

• Assisting with loading and unloading trucks

• Working across different departments such as production, packaging, and dispatch

No two days are the same, which makes the job varied and interesting.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for someone who:

• Is hands-on and physically fit

• Speaks fluent Dutch or English and romanian

• Can work both independently and as part of a team

• Stays calm under pressure and takes responsibility

• Is flexible: you start between 3:30 AM and 6:30 AM and work until the job is done, or you work in two shifts (3:30–13:30 / 13:30–22:30)

• Has no problem working in a chilled environment
