BTT in Comines, Belgium, is seeking a Production Manager to lead a 24/7 manufacturing network across extrusion, weaving, finishing and recycling. You will drive continuous improvement with data-driven leadership and empower teams to own results.

You will partner with R&D, Maintenance, Quality, and HR to deliver ambitious performance gains, align safety culture, and steer strategic investments for sustainable growth. Fluency in French and English is required.

Role & Mission

As a key member of our 24/7 production organization you lead the extrusion, warping, weaving, finishing and recycling departments. You combine operational leadership with strong analytical and strategic capabilities. You ensure that people, processes and performance continuously improve.

Your responsibilities include:

• Leading the daily production operations while further developing a high-performing and mature manufacturing organization.
• Coaching and developing team leaders and operators towards a culture of ownership, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Use production data to identify opportunities, challenge existing practices and launch improvement initiatives that deliver measurable results.
• Identifying structural improvement opportunities in safety, quality, productivity and cost efficiency and energy.
• Working closely with R&D, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain Procurement and HR to successfully deliver improvement projects.
• Participating as a member of the Workplace Safety Committee.
• Contributing to strategic decision-making and investment decisions focussing on the company's long-term growth and success.
• Reporting directly to the General Manager.
• Presenting and defending monthly operational results and KPIs to senior management.
• Managing and monitoring part of the operational budget while actively contributing to the achievement of business objectives.

Your Profile

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of eight years' experience in a complex manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach.
• Hands-on problem solver with a critical and improvement-oriented mindset.

• Fluent in both French and English.
