Job summary

AGO Jobs & HR GENK seeks an experienced Production Manager to lead the Genk and Bilzen production operations, overseeing about 80 staff. You will drive quality, efficiency, and a positive work culture, while pushing for continuous improvement.

You will coach teams, monitor processes, analyze KPIs, and coordinate with Quality, Supply Chain and Operations on improvement projects to deliver reliable production results.

Qualifications

Experience leading production teams and supervising responsible areas.
Ability to coach, motivate and develop staff to achieve targets.
Proven track record in optimizing production processes for efficiency.
Strong KPI analysis skills to support data-driven decisions.
Experience solving quality issues and coordinating improvements.
Collaboration with Quality, Supply Chain and Operations on improvement projects.

Responsibilities
