JOB TALENT in Zeebrugge, Belgium, is looking for a production operator to support daily manufacturing activities. You will manually adjust and convert machines according to the product, check silos, set parameters, and monitor production parameters such as temperature, speed, and efficiency to keep processes running smoothly.

You will anticipate irregularities, correct deviations, replace machine parts, and propose improvements while maintaining a safe, clean workplace and reporting on safety,

Responsabilités

• Manual adjustment and conversion of machines according to the product.
• Solving small electrical and big mechanical defaults.
• Checking silos.
• Setting parameters according to the production process
• Control of production parameters: temperature, speed, efficiency, ...
• Anticipation on and correction of irregularities and deviations in the production process
• Manually cleaning the different parts of the machines.
• Correct interpretation of planning and work schedules
• Replacing parts of production machines
• Proposing, developing and implementing improvement actions with a view to a smoothly running production process.
• Taking care of a safe and tidy workplace
• Reporting findings relating to safety, quality, delivery time and yield
