Jobat in Ghent seeks a Production Team Leader to manage a two-shift operation. You will lead a team of four line supervisors, one pasteurization operator and about 15 versatile staff, ensuring smooth process flow and hands-on leadership on the floor.

You will plan production and staffing, onboard new colleagues, coach the team, and uphold quality and safety through regular checks and quick responses to risks.

• Ensure quality and safety through regular checks and risk assessment.
