Job summary

Oxida Belgium is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a ten-person team and drive efficient packaging line operations. You will manage daily shop-floor activities, coordinate production planning, set and adjust machinery, and ensure HACCP-compliant quality, safety, and hygiene standards across the full egg-to-packaging process.

You will troubleshoot minor electrical/mechanical issues, collaborate with the Operations Manager on optimizations, and mentor new staff to follow proper procedures on

Qualifications

• Experience leading a production or packaging team.
• Understanding of HACCP and hygiene standards.
• Ability to diagnose minor electrical or mechanical faults.

Responsibilities

• You lead daily a team of about ten production and logistics staff, actively on the shop floor to ensure smooth collaboration.
• You organize and coordinate production planning to keep packaging lines running efficiently.
• You set the sorting machine, monitor production per batch, and adjust settings for smooth progress.
• You monitor quality, safety and hygiene according to HACCP guidelines.
• You oversee the full production process from egg intake to packaging and internal logistics.
• You troubleshoot small electrical or mechanical faults and call in external support when needed.
• You work closely with the Operations Manager and contribute to process and organizational optimizations.
• You coach new colleagues and ensure everyone works according to proper procedures.
