Job summary

TRIXXO in Dilsen-Stokkem Belgium is seeking a production operator for our automated facility. You will be the essential link in running our lines, ensuring high quality and efficient production of whipped cream, rice desserts, and cream preparations.

You will set up and operate filling and packaging machines, monitor processes, and solve small faults. You’ll also handle line changes, train new operators, and uphold a clean, safe working environment on the floor.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a technical operator.
• Quality-focused and efficient work attitude.
• Tidy and precise execution of tasks.
• Technical knowledge required.
• Basic knowledge of HACCP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently produce products such as whipped cream in canisters, rice desserts, and cream preparations.
• Set up and operate filling and packaging machines per written instructions.
• Monitor processing steps and independently resolve small faults.
• Changeover: reconfigure machines for product switches.
• Play a key role in training new operators and maintain a clean, safe working environment.
• If on the cream preparation line, prepare cream and closely monitor the production process.
