Job summary

Jobat in Malle is seeking a Production Co-ordinator to strengthen the administrative and analytical backbone of our production team. You will support Team Leaders and Supervisors in daily production planning, ensuring timely execution and proactive issue resolution.

The role focuses on compiling clear reports and KPIs, driving continuous improvement, and coordinating across maintenance, quality and planning, with a strong emphasis on standardization and documentation.

Qualifications

• Aptitude for planning, coordinating and improving processes.
• Comfort with generating clear reports and KPI dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Support Team Leaders and Supervisors in daily production organization.
• Monitor production and personnel planning closely and proactively flag bottlenecks.
• Analyse production data and convert into clear reports, KPIs and concrete improvements.
• Monitor volumes, yields, capacity and downtime and track deviations.
• Collaborate with maintenance on stoppages and availability of installations.
• Coordinate improvement projects around efficiency, quality, safety and continuous improvement.
• Help standardize and document processes and working methods.
• Act as the link between production, planning, quality, maintenance and other internal departments.
• Report to the Production Manager and contribute ideas for optimizations.
• Take responsibility for projects and motivate colleagues positively.

Wat ga je doen?

• Je ondersteunt Teamleaders en Supervisors bij de dagelijkse organisatie van de productie.
• Je volgt productie- en personeelsplanning nauwgezet op en signaleert proactief eventuele knelpunten.
• Je analyseert productiegegevens en zet deze om in duidelijke rapportages, KPI's en concrete verbeteracties.
• Je bewaakt volumes, rendementen, capaciteit en stilstanden en volgt afwijkingen op.
• Je werkt nauw samen met onderhoudsdiensten rond technische stilstanden en de beschikbaarheid van installaties.
• Je coördineert verbeterprojecten rond efficiëntie, kwaliteit, veiligheid en continuous improvement.
• Je helpt processen en werkwijzen te standaardiseren en correct te documenteren.
• Je vormt de verbindende schakel tussen productie, planning, kwaliteit, onderhoud en andere interne afdelingen.
• Je rapporteert aan de Productiemanager en denkt actief mee over optimalisaties.
• Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid over projecten en weet collega's op een positieve manier mee te krijgen.
