Atlas Copco Group in Antwerp, Belgium, seeks a Product Owner and Team Leader to own a portfolio of aftermarket applications and lead a multidisciplinary development team across multiple products. You will translate business needs into a clear roadmap and actionable requirements, balancing value, feasibility and maintainability.

You will shape how the team works today and tomorrow, driving opportunities in AI and automation while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver sustainable software

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in engineering, IT, business administration or related field.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Team Lead within an IT development environment.
• Experience managing priorities, roadmaps, and backlogs across one or more applications or digital products.
• Strong ability to translate complex business needs into structured, actionable solutions and bring clarity in multi-application environments.
• Experience in business-IT alignment and stakeholder management at both operational and strategic levels.
• Solid understanding of modern software development practices, architecture, and delivery models, with a hands-on, pragmatic and strategic mindset.
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English.
