Rhox is building an evidence-based digital health platform for healthcare professionals. This role translates its vision into a roadmap covering interoperability, content integration and knowledge services.

You will coordinate delivery across multidisciplinary stakeholders, shaping evidence retrieval, clinical decision support and knowledge management to enable adoption across web, mobile and EHR systems.

Qualifications

• Experience as product manager in agile teams delivering health IT solutions.
• Proven track record in public-sector digital transformation projects.
• Strong coordination with multidisciplinary stakeholders across business and IT.

A public health organisation is building an evidence-based digital health platform for healthcare professionals. This role translates its vision into a roadmap covering interoperability, content integration and knowledge services.

The mission

The platform combines a central knowledge base with Belgian and international evidence for web, mobile devices and electronic health record systems. Its scope includes content onboarding standards, APIs, artificial intelligence, content governance, publisher licensing and stakeholder engagement. You coordinate delivery across multidisciplinary stakeholders.

Your responsibilities

• Translate business vision into MVPs, epics, user stories and prioritised backlog.

Your profile

Essential skills

• Agile/Scrum product management and backlog prioritisation.
• Complex healthcare or public-sector digital transformation experience.
• Belgian eHealth, authentication and healthcare vendor ecosystems.
• Evidence-based medicine, point-of-care information services, scientific publishing and evidence-based content providers.
• Evidence retrieval, clinical decision support and knowledge management systems.
• Business analysis and functional requirements management.
• Large-scale digital health or knowledge platform experience.
