Qover is transforming the insurance experience with a product-led approach. You will lead the Compliance by Design product, embedding automated checks (KYC, DISI, sanctions) into our flows and partnering with cross-functional squads to scale globally.

As Product Manager, you will align regulatory requirements with business goals, drive AI-enabled verification, and deliver compliant, user-centric journeys across embedded products. This role offers hybrid work from Brussels with significant impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PM or PO experience in Fintech/Insurtech or Regtech.
• Master's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Strong ability to translate regulatory mandates into clear specs for engineers.

Responsabilités

• Own the Compliance by Design product space and drive automation of screening, KYC/DIS I, and POI.
• Collaborate with Legal, Risk, Revenue and Delivery teams to interpret regulations into scalable features.
• Define KPIs and ensure auditability, real-time monitoring, and cross-border adaptability.
