Keystone Solutions is seeking a Product Journey Manager for a Belgian client site to drive Life Protection products. You will lead end-to-end initiatives from market insight to delivery, liaising with ING and NN across functions in a dynamic, digital-first environment.

The role requires 3+ years in product management, a Master’s degree, and fluency in English with Dutch or French as a strong plus.

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Product Journey Manager for a consultancy mission at a client site. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team focused on Life Protection solutions, working closely with various stakeholders to drive innovative insurance products in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, assess, and execute new business development opportunities in the Belgian Life insurance market.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new digital Life insurance solutions, leveraging market trends and customer insights.
• Develop commercial storylines aligned with client needs.
• Engage with the ING distribution network to understand and address partner needs.
• Create business cases for management validation.
• Take ownership of the total commercial product delivery process, translating initiatives into tangible outcomes.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders including NN and ING across various functions.
• Embrace a digital-first mindset to develop Life Protection products.
• Explain Life Protection products clearly to stakeholders and create new value propositions.
• Bring fresh ideas to life and embrace challenges in a complex environment.
• Foster collaboration and invest in others to achieve common goals.

Requirements:

• Master's degree or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge and affinity with Life Protection products.
• At least 3 years of experience in product management or related domains.
• Experience in bancassurance and/or digital environments is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a strong plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively and challenge the status quo.
• Flexibility and stress-resistance.
