Keystone Solutions is seeking a Product Journey Manager for a Belgian client site to drive Life Protection products. You will lead end-to-end initiatives from market insight to delivery, liaising with ING and NN across functions in a dynamic, digital-first environment.

The role requires 3+ years in product management, a Master’s degree, and fluency in English with Dutch or French as a strong plus.

Qualifications

Master's degree or equivalent experience.
Knowledge of Life Protection products.
3+ years in product management or related domain.
Experience in bancassurance or digital environments is a plus.
Strong English communication; Dutch and/or French a strong plus.
Ability to collaborate and challenge the status quo.
Flexibility and resilience.

Responsabilités

Identify and translate new business opportunities in the Belgian Life insurance market.
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for digital Life insurance solutions.
Create commercial storylines aligned with client needs.
Engage with ING distribution to address partner needs.
Build business cases for management validation.
Own the total commercial product delivery process.
Collaborate with NN and ING across functions.
Adopt a digital-first mindset to Life Protection products.
Explain Life Protection products clearly to stakeholders.
Bring fresh ideas and navigate a complex environment.
Foster collaboration and invest in others to achieve goals.
