A growing logistics technology company in Belgium is seeking a Product Analyst to bridge product, technology, and customer success. You will report to the CEO, translating customer insights into actionable product direction while collaborating closely with various teams. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years in a product function and possess strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach. Responsibilities include managing the product roadmap and enhancing user-friendly solutions.
Qargo is a cloud-based (SaaS) Transport Management Platform. We are a scale‑up based in London and Ghent (Belgium), rapidly expanding across Europe. The platform is an “all‑in‑one system”, handling everything from initial order entry to final invoicing. It optimises planning and has a built‑in AI feature that automates lengthy manual tasks. Qargo is designed to help modern logistics operations run more efficiently, while increasing profitability and sustainability.
We’re looking for a Product Analyst to join our team in Ghent. If you’re looking for a role with responsibility, ownership, and the opportunity to make a real impact, this could be the perfect fit for you.
As a Product Analyst at Qargo, you’ll sit at the intersection of product, technology, and customer success. Your mission will be to turn customer insights and business priorities into a clear, actionable product direction. You’ll work closely with our CEO to shape the roadmap of our Transport Management System, ensuring it continues to simplify complex logistics workflows and deliver real value to our users.
This is not a “behind‑the‑desk” analytical role. You’ll spend time understanding how transport companies operate, talking to users, and translating their feedback into smart, user‑friendly solutions. You’ll collaborate daily with our engineers, designers, and customer‑facing teams to make sure every new feature is built with purpose and impact.
