BESIX Group in Brussels offers an internship in Procurement and Purchasing within the Logistics and Procurement department. This opportunity is ideal for a student pursuing a master’s degree in International Trade, Purchasing or Supply Chain.

You will support category strategies, handle RFQs, prepare comparison tables with recommendations, and assist daily purchases for national and international sites, while coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a master’s degree in International Trade, Purchasing, or Supply Chain.
• Available for internship at head office in Woluwe-Saint-Lambert.
• internship period must be at least 6 weeks full-time; please mention period in application.
• Fluent in French/Dutch with good knowledge of English.
• Analytical mind, autonomy, rigor; proactive and able to work with multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Support for the implementation of strategies for product categories at global or European level.
• Handle RFQs and prepare/comparison tables with recommendations.
• Follow up RFQ bids and present analyses to internal stakeholders.
• Daily purchases of materials or spare parts for sites.
• Provide technical assistance related to materials and maintain supplier databases.
• Organize air/sea transport and monitor logistics and customs.
