CRC Industries EMEA is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead the regional procurement function across the Europe, Middle East and Africa region. You will manage a team of procurement professionals, drive supplier partnerships, and shape procurement strategy in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

The role emphasizes talent development, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous process improvement, with a mix of office-based and hybrid working arrangements.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a relevant discipline or professional procurement qualification.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Procurement Management, ideally in international manufacturing/chemical industry.
  • Proven experience leading, developing, and motivating teams.
  • Strong knowledge of purchasing management, supplier relationship management, and cost reduction initiatives.
  • Experience with MRP/ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Awareness of EU packaging waste regulations and ESG requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools (Power BI).
  • Excellent organisational, planning, and prioritisation skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional Dutch language helpful.

  • Conduct cost analyses and identify cost optimisation opportunities.
  • Support stock maintenance of raw materials with planning.
  • Manage supplier relationships, contracts and pricing negotiations.
  • Provide procurement input into regional SIOP meetings.
  • Monitor, report, and act on key procurement KPIs.
  • Support introduction of new products and amendments to ranges.

Lead Procurement Across EMEA

Working Pattern: Primarily office-based with some hybrid flexibility

Travel: Occasional travel across the EMEA region

CRC Industries is seeking an experienced and people-focused Procurement Manager to join our EMEA Supply Chain team. Reporting directly to the Supply Chain Director EMEA, this is a high-impact leadership role with responsibility for managing a team of 5-8 procurement professionals while driving both operational excellence and strategic procurement initiatives across the region.

This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in shaping procurement strategy, developing talent, strengthening supplier partnerships, and improving processes within an international manufacturing environment.

What You'll Be Doing

As Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the procurement function while contributing to wider regional supply chain objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing the procurement team and daily procurement activities.
  • Overseeing demand understanding and purchasing activities across raw materials, components, and indirect spend categories including facilities and office-related procurement.
  • Developing and coaching team members to strengthen strategic, tactical, and negotiation capabilities.
  • Monitoring market pricing trends and responding proactively in a fast-moving commercial environment to support effective strategic decision-making.
  • Driving continuous improvement across inter-company supply, affiliate transfers, and logistics processes in collaboration with regional colleagues.
  • Conducting cost analysis and identifying opportunities for cost optimisation and savings.
  • Supporting raw material and component stock maintenance in partnership with the planning team.
  • Managing supplier and vendor relationships, including contract and pricing negotiations.
  • Providing procurement input into regional monthly SIOP meetings.
  • Monitoring, reporting, and acting upon key procurement KPIs.
  • Supporting the introduction of new products and amendments to existing product ranges.
What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will bring a combination of procurement expertise, leadership capability, and commercial acumen.

  • Master's degree in a relevant discipline and/or an appropriate professional qualification.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Procurement Management position, ideally within an international manufacturing and/or chemical industry environment.
  • Proven experience leading, developing, and motivating teams.
  • Strong knowledge of purchasing management, supplier relationship management, and cost reduction initiatives.
  • Experience working with MRP systems within ERP environments, ideally Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Awareness of EU regulatory frameworks relating to packaging waste and wider Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) requirements.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and reporting tools such as Power BI.
  • Excellent organisational, planning, and prioritisation skills.
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach with the ability to lead teams through change.
  • Additional language skills, particularly Dutch.
