Qualifications

• You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree, or have equivalent experience.
• You have at least 3 years of experience in transport, logistics, or procurement.
• You have a strong analytical mindset and feel comfortable working with data, Excel, and ERP systems.
• Experience with Power BI is considered an asset.
• You have strong communication skills and combine a commercial mindset with a solution-oriented approach.
• You are comfortable negotiating and collaborating with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• You work in a structured and accurate manner and are able to set priorities independently.
• You are a team player with a proactive and results-driven attitude.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English. Knowledge of French and German is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Collect, process, and analyze data to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Maintain up-to-date transport and supplier data within our systems.
• Support procurement activities within Manuport Road Transport, such as tenders and negotiations with carriers.
• Assist in concluding commercial agreements with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Help manage relationships with transport partners, onboarding new carriers, and maintaining partnerships.
• Monitor contracts, certificates, and compliance documents; process surcharges and rates.
• Digitize databases, Excel files, and ERP data; keep information organized and up to date.
