Vivid Resourcing is seeking a Process Engineer to support and improve electronics manufacturing processes. This hands-on role sits close to production, ensuring products are manufactured efficiently, with consistent quality and meets safety standards.

You will work across engineering, production and quality to identify improvements, analyse issues, implement corrective actions and help introduce new products and processes into production. Strong data analysis and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.
• Experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and process improvement.
• Experience with root-cause analysis and structured problem solving.
• Hands-on approach to engineering and troubleshooting.
• Able to work with production teams across departments.
• Analyzing technical/production data to drive improvements.
• Fluent in English; Dutch knowledge is an advantage.

We're currently recruiting for a Process Engineer to support and continuously improve manufacturing processes within an electronics production environment. The role sits close to production and is focused on ensuring that products can be manufactured efficiently, consistently and to the required quality standards.

You will work across the full production process, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reliability and quality while helping to introduce new products and processes into manufacturing. This is a hands‑on position, suited to an engineer who enjoys working closely with production teams and solving practical technical problems.

The position offers the opportunity to have a direct impact on manufacturing performance, working across engineering, production and quality to implement sustainable process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, optimise and maintain manufacturing processes for electronic products.
• Analyse production issues and identify root causes, implementing effective corrective actions.
• Improve production efficiency, yield, quality and process reliability.
• Support the introduction of new products and processes into production.
• Develop and maintain work instructions, process documentation and manufacturing standards.
• Work closely with production, quality and engineering teams to resolve technical and process‑related issues.
• Identify opportunities for automation, tooling and process improvements.
• Monitor process performance and use data to identify areas for improvement.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the production environment.
• Ensure manufacturing processes comply with relevant quality and safety requirements.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, such as Electronics, Electromechanical, Mechanical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Experience in a production or manufacturing environment, ideally involving electronic products.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and process improvement principles.
• Experience with root‑cause analysis and structured problem solving.
• Practical, hands‑on approach to engineering and troubleshooting.
• Comfortable working directly with production teams and across different departments.
• Able to analyse technical and production data and translate findings into practical improvements.
• Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem solving.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Dutch is an advantage.
