ACTIEF NV in Heverlee zoekt een TEM/SEM-technicus die de vlotte verwerking van TEM-inspections waarborgt en bijdraagt aan kwaliteitscontrole.

Je volgt de inline TEM-wachtrij op, past vrijgegeven recepten aan voor geautomatiseerde TEM-inspecties en voert (semi-)geautomatiseerde inspecties uit, met aandacht voor SPC en teamdoelstellingen. Een bachelor of associate graad in de wetenschap is een plus, net als Engels en Nederlands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in science or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience with automated metrology or SEM/TEM inspections in semiconductor industry is a plus.
• Strong planner who can multi-task and prioritize assignments.
• Very good knowledge of English and Dutch; team player.
• Willing to work in shift system (early/late/night, 1 weekend out of 4).

Description du poste

You will be a member of our SEM/TEM team. This team is responsible for in-line and out-of-line released electron microscopy inspection. As a TEM technician you ensure the smooth processing of the various TEM inspections, focusing on the quality of the inspection.

As SEM/TEM technician you will have the following key responsibilities:

• You follow-up the inline TEM queue.
• You adjust released recipes for automated TEM inspections.
• You are responsible for (semi)-automated and guided TEM inspections.
• You contribute to achieving targets.
• You help with statistical process control (SPC) on TEM tools.

Profiel

• Preferable you have a bachelor’s degree or associate degree (2-year program) in science (chemistry, biology, physics) or equal to experience.
• It would be a great plus if you have hands-on experience with automated metrology or SEM/TEM inspections in the semi-conductor industry.
• You are a strong planner and you would enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. You certainly know how to multi-task and prioritize assignments.
• You are a communicative team player with a very good knowledge of both English and Dutch.
• You are prepared to work in a shift system (early/late/night and 1 weekend out of 4).
