Job summary

MANPOWER INTERIM is hiring a Procesoperator/technisch operator for the day shift (Monday–Thursday) in Lanklaar, Belgium. The role involves setting up and monitoring production machines, quality checks, and handling minor repairs in a growing company.

You should have technical training or relevant operator experience, good mechanical knowledge, and a hands-on attitude. The position starts as 4 days per week with potential to move to 5 days and a two-shift system.

Qualifications

• Requires basic technical training or relevant experience as a (process) operator.
• Good knowledge of mechanics and comfortable with PC/automation.
• Hands-on mentality and proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare production machines according to procedures.
• Monitor production process and perform quality checks.
• Detect and correct deviations.
• Fix minor faults and perform simple repairs.
• Assist with maintenance and log production data.
• Be flexible as part of a start-up company.
