Job summary

NCA Career Intelligence & Connections is recruiting a Wealth Manager for the Antwerp region. This role targets an experienced Private Banker who blends business development with long-term relationship management in an entrepreneurial and collaborative environment.

You will take over and grow a portfolio, advising entrepreneurs, executives, family businesses and high-net-worth individuals on all aspects of wealth, working with a team of seasoned professionals to deliver bespoke solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Private Banking or Wealth Management.
• Proven track record in acquiring and developing high-net-worth client relationships.
• Ability to balance new business development with long-term client retention.
• Strong knowledge of investment and wealth management solutions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and excellent interpersonal skills.
• A reputation built on trust, professionalism and long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

• Take over existing client relationships.
• Develop new business through your professional network and referral activities.
• Build long-term relationships with high-net-worth private clients.
• Identify clients' investment, financing and wealth planning needs.
• Deliver tailor-made wealth management solutions in close collaboration with internal specialists.
• Contribute to the continued growth and reputation of the Antwerp office.
