Mercor is seeking experienced private equity associates to build a financial model from a synthetic deal document pack in a Brussels-based environment. You will deliver an editable Excel workbook with live formulas, references, and stated assumptions, and you will peer-review two anonymized models from other contractors on the same transaction.

The role requires 2-4 years total experience in investment banking or private equity, a focus on consumer/leisure or related sectors, and strong English

Qualifications

• 2-4 years total experience in IB/PE or similar.
• Experience building models from source documents without templates.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
• English-speaking with exposure to European markets.

Responsabilités

• Build a working financial model from a synthetic deal document pack.
• Deliver an editable Excel workbook with live formulas, sources and assumptions.
• Peer-review two anonymized models against criteria with a written rationale and scorecard.
