Mercor is seeking experienced private equity associates to construct a working financial model from a synthetic deal document pack for a consumer/leisure transaction. You will deliver an editable Excel workbook with live formulas, references, and stated assumptions.

You will also peer-review two other models from different contractors against a fixed set of criteria and provide a concise rationale and completed review scorecard.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years total experience in IB/PE across consumer/retail or generalist M&A
• Currently or recently an Associate at a mid-market or large-cap PE fund with a consumer/leisure focus
• Able to build a financial model from source documents without a template
