Vinci is seeking a senior engineer to be on-site at IMEC in Leuven, Belgium, driving adoption of Vinci's platform among leading engineering teams. You will lead thermal and thermo-mechanical simulations on advanced devices and packages, validating designs with real data and demonstrating measurable gains in reliability, warpage control, and time-to-market.

You will collaborate closely with IMEC engineers, guide analyses, and translate findings into product feedback.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.
• 15+ years of hands-on thermal management and structural analysis.
• Experience with Flowtherm, Cadence, Ansys, Abaqus, LS-DYNA.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Customer-facing experience and problem-solving mindset.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the senior technical authority on thermal and thermo-mechanical simulation.
• Define analysis methodology and mentor engineers across teams.
• Engage with IMEC's engineering teams and interpret results to show Vinci's value.
• Deliver product demonstrations and lead technical discussions with customers.
• Translate customer insights into actionable inputs for product direction.
• Represent Vinci at industry events and maintain competitive awareness.
