Infosys in Belgium (Brussels) invites applications for the role of Principal Consultant focused on Oracle SCM Cloud Applications. You will drive solution architecture, oversee delivery across tracks, and guide teams to successful outcomes.

You will act as the key advisor for architecture reviews, engage with clients, manage requirements, and help optimize end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing processes using Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud within a global delivery context.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud in manufacturing and supply chain.
• Ability to map business requirements to technical solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage client communications.
• Onsite-Offshore coordination and stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Be the Subject Matter Expert with Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud implementations.
• Interact with client process consultants and SMEs to gather requirements.
• Analyze requirements, identify cross-functional impacts, and propose end-to-end solutions.
• Perform Fit Gap mapping and propose optimal solutions.
• Provide cross-functional leadership in solution discussions with clients.
• Coordinate across tracks to drive optimum solution delivery milestones.
• Ensure design quality and resolve issues for the customer.
• Suggest process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Lead pilot and rollout discussions.
• Drive end-to-end solution discussions.

Your role

In the role of a PCON , you will be pivotal to implement the solution and architecture and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a PCON in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews..

Responsibilities

• Should be a Subject Matter Expert with implementation experience in Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud and Supply Chain execution.
• Interact directly with customer process consultants and business SME to gather business and technical requirements
• Analyse requirements for different areas, identify cross- functional impact, and provide the optimal solutions to meet requirements end to end
• Fit Gap Mapping and solutions
• Provide cross- functional leadership in conversations with customer teams and convince on solution options and decisions
• Coordinate with different tracks to drive an optimal solution and various project milestones from a solution perspective
• Be responsible for ensuring optimal design is delivered to the customer, and any issues are resolved
• Recommend process improvements and automations opportunities wherever applicable
• Drives the pilot and solution rollout discussions
• Drives end to end solution discussions

Required

• Should be able to understand Business requirements and map them to proposed solutions/enhancements.
• Experience in at least two / three full-fledged implementations of Oracle SCM cloud applications, led in Manufacturing Cloud and Supply Chain execution.
• Testing and deployment of custom solutions for Oracle Fusion Manufacturing Cloud and Supply Chain execution.
• Participate in functional testing and co-ordinate with cross functional stakeholders for timely delivery of the solutions developed
• Onsite-Offshore communication and work management
• Leading Super User training and supporting other training related activities
• Coordination with other tracks for delivery of end to end business processes
• Supporting Data Conversions for Manufacturing Cloud and Supply Chain execution – Strategy formulation, data mapping and reconciliation for master and transactional data elements

Preferred

• Exposure to Process Optimization/Modernization through digitization initiatives
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
• Ability to lead different teams towards a common objective
• Having working experience with costing is preferred.
