Infosys leads the IFS Cloud practice in Belgium, guiding end‑to‑end architecture and delivery across transformation, implementation and upgrade programs. You will own the solution blueprint, drive design, integration strategy and deployment planning, and mentor cross‑functional teams to ensure best practices and successful delivery of IFS capabilities in Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, Projects and beyond.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of hands-on IFS Cloud implementation experience.
• Strong knowledge of IFS ERP project implementation methodology on IFS Cloud.
• Experience across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Projects modules in IFS.
• Certifications in IFS are preferred.

Your role

As an IFS Lead, you will lead the end‑to‑end architecture and delivery of IFS solutions across complex transformation, implementation, and upgrade programs. You will be responsible for driving business process consulting, defining problem statements, and crafting scalable, future‑ready IFS architectures aligned with client objectives.

You will take ownership of the overall solution blueprint—covering functional design, integration strategy, data architecture, and deployment planning—guiding cross‑functional teams through every stage of the project lifecycle. Your expertise will ensure adherence to best practices, solution integrity, and successful delivery of IFS capabilities across Finance, Supply Chain, Projects, Manufacturing, HR, Maintenance, or other functional domains.

Required

• Minimum 12+ years’ hand on experience with IFS Cloud Implementation Experience.
• Good knowledge of IFS ERP project Implementation methodology on IFS Cloud.
• Good knowledge of IFS ERP Technology and functions
• Hands‑on experience and knowledge of IFS V9, V10 and IFS Cloud.
• Worked on at least 3 Implementation projects as an IFS Functional Consultant in SCM, Procurement, Finance, Manufacturing & Projects modules.
• Good understanding across All IFS Cloud Modules - their interactions, integrations, interdependencies, and process handshakes.
• Experience in using tools like IFS Scope Tool, Click learn, Azure DevOps and other related tools used in implementation programs
• Domain knowledge in Manufacturing is a must, and nice to have knowledge of Retail, Logistics, Services, Ship Building, Defense, MRO industry verticals
• Be able to solve problems in a structured logical manner and be able to draft methodologies and approaches for topics such as localization, System Security (Roles & Responsibilities), reportings
• Preferred to have IFS Certifications
• Be confident in client‑facing roles and be able to draw on experience and confidently present industry best practices and PoV
• Hands on experience of IFS Scope Tool
• Capable of mentoring team members on projects and experience working in onsite/Offshore model
• Adept at working as a Lead and supporting cross functional teams and PMO to support planning, reporting and be a key contributor for high stakes meetings such as Steering Committee meetings.

Preferred

• Experience in IFS Cloud ERP Implementation with 6+ years as Functional Consultant.
• Worked on implementation projects
• Domain experience in Manufacturing, Services and MRP
• Working knowledge of Scope Tool
