Job summary

Inetum Consulting is seeking a Principal ERP Advisory Consultant to strengthen our sector consulting team. You will engage in client-facing and internal activities to support growth in ERP advisory, including leading mid- to large-scale digital transformation projects and guiding clients through ERP transformations.

You will contribute to strategic framing, process optimization, and ERP implementations, while mentoring teams and expanding service offerings across the ERP landscape.

Qualifications

• Experience across ERP transformation journey ( blueprinting, vendor selection, strategy, design, integration).
• Ability to map business processes to ERP solutions.
• Strong advisory skills guiding clients through complex ERP transformations.
• Experience leading workshops and training sessions.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Execute and lead ERP advisory project assignments including analysis and roadmaps.
• Take on team lead roles after projects.
• Grow the ERP advisory offerings within the sector consulting team.
• Participate in seminars, white papers, and ERP-related activities.
• Drive operational performance improvements through ERP projects.
• Advise clients during major digital transformation programs.

As part of the development of our sector consulting team, we are looking to strengthen our team to grow our ERP advisory business. You will participate in both client and internal activities, supporting the growth of Inetum Consulting.

Inetum Consulting is seeking a Principal ERP Advisory Consultant to enhance our sector consulting team. You will engage in both client-facing and internal activities to support the growth of our team. We are interested in individuals with proven track records in delivering mid- to large-scale digital transformation projects related to ERP topics. We believe in empowering our people by providing the right support, environment, and tools to succeed at Inetum.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and lead project assignments, including data analysis, benchmarks, interviews, workshop facilitation, process mapping, business analysis, and implementation roadmaps.
• Take on team lead roles following project assignments.
• Actively contribute to the growth of the sector consulting team by expanding our offerings in ERP advisory.
• Participate in seminars, white papers, and other ERP-related activities.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Carry out projects to improve operational performance.
• You lead ERP advisory projects or advise clients on major digital transformation programs.
• Provide strategic framing and optimization of business processes.
• Act as a trusted advisor during implementations of an ERP.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in different parts of an ERP transformation journey, including: Blueprint definition, vendor selection, ERP strategy development, Business process and control design and integration,…
• Ability to analyze and map business processes to ERP solutions.
• Strong advisory skills with the ability to guide clients through complex ERP transformations.
• Experience in conducting workshops and training sessions.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
